Wedding Cake

What's your dream wedding cake? How do you decide about the design? Or How tall should it be?

Before the wedding proposal, or even the wedding planning began, I already know who will do my wedding cake! It's none other than my very good friend, Chef Kristian Kristoffer Roque.

He is my university classmate and a close friend. Our friendship grew even more when we started working in Singapore; late 2010 or Early 2011. (Nene and Totoy days OMG)

I call him Papa Kris, because I adore him. (not only me!)

We had three cakes in mind. But the first on the photo spoke to us. "Pick me, Pick me, Pick me" ... and so, it shall be done. (Click on the photo to view the whole picture)

Papa Kris, exceeded the expectations! I just showed him what I wanted via Whatsapp/messenger; the flavour of the cake was Double Chocolate. And I guess when a close friend does your wedding cake, it's just awesome; and most probably, more than what you ever dreamed of: It's delicious, gorgeous and huge! That's why Joseph and I are forever grateful!
